Because our understanding of man as purely spiritual is equal to our skills and techniques, Level 1 course includes a three-day in-depth Bible class. The three-day Bible class will take students back to the roots of Christianity in caring and nurturing others. A grand overview of the Old Testament and the four Gospels are the focus of this unique class.
At every level of training, this curriculum addresses ethics, judgment, and Christian Science nursing skills for ministering to each patient.
Students will learn the Christian ethics for Christian Science nursing, and to understand the ethics of following the law. Students will be trained how to do basic transfers and give basic personal care. Students will also receive an introduction on how to be able to assist with sudden needs.
In the Level 1 foods class, students will be taught food modification and preparation techniques.
