Business Operations Manager (Onsite)

At Broadview, our work is a ministry of welcome, order, and healing. We’re seeking a warm, spiritually grounded Business Operations Manager to help uphold a calm, gracious, and supportive atmosphere where Christian Science nursing can flourish. This onsite role supports the Executive Director and collaborates across departments to keep daily activity running smoothly—with joy, clarity, and a heart for service.
Fluency in English and Spanish is a benefit, but not requirement.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a welcoming, peaceful presence for guests, families, and staff
- Support the Executive Director and assist with Board communications
- Help guide daily operations and reception with poise
- Offer basic in-house tech support and coordinate with outside IT teams
- Assist Finance, HR, and Development (emails, events, website updates)
- Help maintain an orderly, safe, and uplifting environment throughout Broadview
What You Bring
- Membership in The Mother Church (branch church membership preferred)
- A prayerful, can-do spirit and excellent communication skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Office/Teams and eagerness to learn new tools
- Discretion, organization, teamwork, and a love for serving others
This is an onsite role in Los Angeles.
