The primary purpose of Broadview is to provide a sanctuary where students of Christian Science who radically rely on spiritual healing are nurtured and supported with high quality Christian Science nursing. Broadview has been a center for spiritual healing for more than 60 years.

In order to continue to meet the Christian Science nursing needs of Christian Scientists in Southern California, the support of Christian Scientists is vital. There are several ways to contribute to Broadview's Christian Science nursing work.

Right now, Broadview is in the midst of several major projects including a renovation project to enlarge nursing rooms by 50% and a solar array installation that will allow 93% of Broadview’s electrical needs to be met with green energy. Broadview also grants benevolence to Christian Scientists who are unable to pay their bill in the amount of $1.2 million a year. Donations to all these funds are greatly appreciated.

Another way to give to Broadview is by becoming one of our invaluable volunteers. Our wonderful, loving group of volunteers is made up of professional business people, school teachers, practitioners, accountants, actors, musicians, as well as retired individuals from all walks of life, who find great joy in coming to Broadview to share their time and interests with our guests. Some serve once or twice a year, some monthly or bi-monthly, and a few are able to serve weekly. Patients and staff all benefit from their unselfish giving.
