Christian Science Nursing Level IV Course

Prerequisite: Skillful accomplishment of all objectives for Levels I, II, and III.

Objective: After completion of this course, the Christian Science nurse will be prepared to supervise and manage all aspects of a nursing floor, including patient care, personnel assignments and evaluations, and administrative duties. This course is not a requirement for listing in the Christian Science Journal but is a valuable asset to those considering this step.

Duration: 4 weeks classroom

Tuition:  $2000.00 

• An in depth study into Management and Leadership and the development of leadership skills                    

• Managing all aspects of a nursing floor and Floor leading responsibilities, i.e developing care plans and the management of the information regarding them, daily schedules, oversight of patient care and nursing skills, etc.

• Scheduling

• Working with common Human Resource issues regarding employees and current law

• The hiring of prospective employees and conducting employee interviews and reviews

• Administrative - learn what the administrative functions are
